We are committed to providing high-quality Wardrobes & Armoires, Bar Furniture, Bakers Racks & Food Pantries, Display Cabinets, Dining Room Furniture, and Living Room Furniture through our online store. Below is our policy regarding the cancellation of orders.

Order Cancellation Conditions
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is determined by the status of your order:

  • Within 48 hours of purchase (Unshipped): If you place an order and decide to cancel within 48 hours, and the order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it directly for a full refund.

  • Over 48 hours or Shipped Orders: If more than 48 hours have passed since you placed the order, or if the order has already been shipped (even if within the 48-hour window), we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items to your address. Once received, you may contact us to initiate a return and refund process. Order Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team immediately via email at assist@vivaharmoni.com or by calling +1 (551) 247-5977. In your communication, please provide your Order Number and valid Payment Proof (such as a transaction receipt or confirmation email) to verify your identity and order details.

  • Our customer service team will review your application immediately upon receipt. Once we confirm that your order meets the cancellation conditions, we will inform you of the result and arrange for the refund process without delay.

Refund Instructions
Once your cancellation or return is confirmed and approved:

  • Refund Method: The refund will be automatically credited back to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) account used for the payment. We do not refund to alternative accounts or payment methods for security reasons.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different bank card issuing institutions, we estimate that the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

  • Overdue Refunds: If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue with the banking institution.

Order Modifications
If you need to modify the shipping address or contact information after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order processing has begun, we will make every effort to update your information before the item is handed over to the courier. Please note that changing the item type or quantity may require cancelling the original order and placing a new one.

Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed a duplicate order for the same item (e.g., due to a network error during checkout), please contact our support team immediately. We will prioritize checking the status of these orders and will cancel and refund the duplicate transaction provided it has not yet shipped.
