All orders placed through our website are subject to our acceptance. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Delivery Scope

We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not support delivery to other countries or international locations.

  • Free Shipping: For orders of 90 AUD or more.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than 90 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 9.99 AUD applies.

Handling Time

Our standard handling time for processing orders is 1 to 3 business days.

Transit Time

Once shipped, the delivery time usually fluctuates between 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Conditions

  • Within 48 Hours: You may cancel your order directly within 48 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • After 48 Hours or Shipped: If the order was placed more than 48 hours ago or has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you must wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the package and then contact us to initiate a return for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled orders will be returned to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Arrival Time

Once the cancellation is processed, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment.
