Delivery Areas
We currently ship throughout Australia. We do not support delivery to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders of AUD 90 or more.

Flat Rate: For orders under AUD 90, a flat shipping fee of AUD 9.99 will be charged.
Taxes
All taxes and related fees are included in the product price shown on the website. You do not need to pay any additional taxes or hidden fees upon checkout or delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (6:00 PM) (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the next available business day.
Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed, the handling time required to prepare your package for shipment is 1-3 business days.
Transit Time
The estimated total transit time is 7-10 business days after the order has been dispatched from our facility. Please note that transit times may vary depending on your location within Australia.
Logistics Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your furniture arrives safely. Our primary carriers include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment invoice, and logistics carrier information. You can track your shipment by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to query the latest status of your package.
Liability Statement

Product Damage or Loss: If your item arrives damaged or goes lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before the product is shipped. Once the product is in transit, we may not be able to intercept the package.

Delivery Address Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Signing for Delivery
Upon arrival, please inspect the packaging before signing for the delivery. If you notice visible damage to the box, please note "Package Damaged" on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Partial Shipments
Due to the size and weight of furniture items such as wardrobes or dining sets, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. These packages may arrive on different days. You will be provided with tracking information for all packages associated with your order.
Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, external factors such as severe weather, strikes, or transportation network disruptions may cause delays. We appreciate your patience in such instances.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the package, a notification card may be left, or the package may be taken to a local depot. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or collection within the timeframe specified by the carrier.
